Weekly Grocery List: Everything You Need to Stay on Track With Your Macros ALL Week!

Earlier this week I did a poll asking if you'd rather see a blog about meal prepping or my weekly grocery list - and the poll was 43% to 57%. So, I decided I'd do both. However, you need groceries to meal prep... right?! So let's start there.


This is my WEEKLY grocery list. This means that pretty much once a week we run to Aldi, Walmart etc. to get these items because we've run out. At the end, I'm including an EXTRAS list that are things I always keep stocked in our kitchen, but are only purchased about once a month and from other places like Trader Joes, Amazon, Martin's, etc. These are my ways of spicing myself up/treating myself with little guilt!



Have you ever gone grocery shopping and then the next day had nothing to eat? Same. But not with this list. There's always something you can grab, and it makes it easy to stay on track!


Weekly Grocery List


Dairy

Eggs (I get 4-6 dozen because we eat a TON of eggs)

Non-Fat PLAIN Greek Yogurt (plain is crucial - the added flavors have tons of added sugars which = carbs)

Cheese - any kind you like

Almond Milk (not dairy but it's in the dairy aisle)

Light Sour Cream


Meat

Chicken Tenderloins - 3 pound bag(s)

Chicken Sausages

93% lean, 7% fat ground turkey

Lunch Meat - thin-sliced with little to no preservatives

Ground Chicken


Veggies

Avocados

Spinach

Peppers

Onions

Sweet Potatoes


Fruit

Bananas

Apples

Berries (if they're in season/on sale)

Frozen Berries (for smoothies)


Boxed/Canned/Prepared

Black Beans

White Rice

Protein Bars

Peanut Butter

Quick Rolled Oats

Pistachios

Almonds

Sweet Potato Chips

Coffee

Bread - I recommend something hearty and with tons of extras (both in this article are amazing)! If you're going to eat bread, make it count.

Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles

Spaghetti Sauce



EXTRAS - buy once a month and add/snack/enjoy! ALWAYS have these in your pantry! You will notice most of these are sweets, because I like to indulge.


Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels

Maple Walnut Pancake Syrup - NO CALORIE! (might be able to find this at your Walmart!

Coffee Creamer (pick a yummy flavor - I put it in EVERYTHING but my coffee! My oats, protein pancakes, greek yogurt, etc!)

Chocolate Hummus - lots of places have it but this is at Walmart

Trader Joe's Less Guilt Spinach Dip

Plant-Based Protein Powder (Most taste like shit but Arbonne has an amazing one w/ great macros - let me know if you are interested and I’ll send you the link!!)

Optimum Nutrition Amino Acids (My Pre-Workout - all of the flavors are really good)

Light Miracle Whip

Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing

Semi sweet chocolate chips (hello muffins!)

Kodiak Cakes High Protein Pancake Mix - this is my FAVORITE breakfast if I have the time to make them!
